Dear parents,
Hoping you are having a good summer!
For some time, Baltimore Chinese School has been facing the issue of classroom shortage. To find a long term solution, BCS has been in contact with several institutions in the area. We finally reached an agreement with Towson University on using TU’s classrooms. Starting 2017-2018 school year, BCS will move to Towson University. Our classrooms are in the building of College of Liberal Arts. The first day of classes for the fall is September 10 and all classes will follow the same schedule indicated on the registration form.
Dr. Chen Guangming, one of the founders of BCS, has been working tirelessly in securing the classrooms at Morgan University. He has made tremendous contributions to the Baltimore Chinese School. We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere thanks to Dr.Chen for his service to BCS.
There will be an open house on August 20, 1:00-3:0pm. We encourage all parents to come to see the new facility.
In the next few weeks, we will email you with more details on the use of classrooms and regulations. Please watch out for them. You can also check out the most recent updates at BCS’s website, www.baltimorechineseschool.org.
